The stove top seems to work fine, although as with any stove, I have no pans big enough to warrant the large burner. The oven/broiler seems to work fine. I haven't tried the timer or clean functions yet. I haven't been able to test the CONVECTION FEATURES BECAUSE I HAVEN'T A CLUE HOW THEY WORK. I have never had a convection oven and absolutely NOTHING comes with this stove to give me a clue. I have finally ordered a book that may help out. Maybe then I will like it more, maybe not.

Very basic and easy to operate. Love the convection oven option, gets chicken skin crispy. Was not sure i wanted stainless, but has proved to be very easy to keep clean.

We've been happy with our range. We have not used all the features yet as we just bought it a month ago. The only complaint I have is that the top is hard to keep clean.

well using the stove in early stages I really like it the only problem I see is it's kind of hard to clean the top surface. pots and pans leave marks on the burners that I have to scrub and still are there. pans are new. please get back to me about this problem

I read a lot of reviews prior to settling on this Whirlpool electric range. I chose it based on customer reviews, price, and delivery options - which included fast delivery, wheeling it up 2 flights of stairs, installation, and removal of the old, worn out 25-year old Maytag we were replacing. We've had this range for roughly 6 months now, and it certainly exceeds my expectations. The ease of use and the variety of options included have won us over, for sure. While we haven't used all the fancy functions of this range, our favorite so far is the Air Fry function. It requires NO warm up time, and works great for heating up left-over pizza, making the cheese gooey and the crust crispy! Plus I have more space on my kitchen counter now that I no longer need my counter top model Air fryer. It's a winner!

I am very happy with how this heats up. It cooks evenly and quickly. The air fry function is OK, I may not be using it correctly. The only thing I don't like is the timer alarm. The timer alarm is too quite.

We bought a Whirlpool gold series range that burned out 3 elements in 4 years. This range top burners heat up much faster and the oven bakes more evenly than the previous model. I would like to be able to adjust the alarm volume on the stove. Not very loud.

Installed 1 week ago. Oven door seal not properly installed. Placement pegs do not line up with holes. Seal will not stay in place so can not use oven. Front left burner fluctuates from low to high when set on low when using the double coils. Bottom drawer very flimsy. Called Whirlpool who set up appointment for repair. Repair man called and said he could not do anything since representative did not give him model or serial number. Gave him the information and rescheduled appointment for over e week later. Asked him if he would be able to repair it then. He said no, would take pictures and send to Whirlpool who would then take over. So waiting for repair man(not blaming him) and then waiting for Whirlpool to contact us. Only one repair man in the area. Ridiculous! Not happy with situation at all!

We bought this a month ago and are unhappy with the instructions and some of the functions.. We had to look up how to use several of the features - air fry, no preheat pizza and lasagna on google. Even though it indicates that there is a Sabbath mode there are no instructions. The range we traded in was 19 years old. one of the dual burners was not working so we decided to purchase a new range. The old range had a broiler pan included. None for this range. Other manufacturers include a fry basket with the range. None with this one. The manual is useless Only has range safety. There is no warm mode for the oven as on the last range. Extremely disappointed in Whirlpool,

Haven't been able to figure out everything, or use everything as yet, but I love the way it looks and seems easy enough. Matches nicely with my new micro too. The one thing I don't like about it, is the bottom drawer for pots etc. It's made very flimsy (tinny) and smaller than my other one. Guess maybe the oven is a little bigger??? Don't know but that wasn't something I was looking for either.

Issue with cooktop. Gasket to oven door is loose . Sides of oven door are rough left side of oven door has a sharp edge that I have cut my finger on. Right side oven door is very rough C&W appliance in Lansing Michigan tech has taken pictures. Can you please help me these issues . I had to call for service. They schedule me for Feb. 26 8-4. At 3 I called Whirlpool back. They gave me the number of Johnson Co. Appliance. I called them. They said Whirlpool called them a week before, but they could not accept the service call. I was never on their schedule. Whirlpool never called me back or tried to set the appointment with another repair co. I called Whirlpool back and my next appointment they set up with Diamond Factory Service is 3/11.
At the beginning, I had such a hard time getting through to talk to someone to make an appointment. I got disconnected calling in. When someone did call me back, I was disconnected. This is my first Whirlpool appliance. The left burner doesn't work and I found a screw laying in the bottom of the oven. I would return this range and call it a LEMON.

Disappointed in the steam clean

I bought this almost 2 weeks ago and am not happy with the changes that have been made to the whirlpool ranges. This one only has steam clean, I made some meat in it that spattered the lower part of the oven that the steam clean did not clean, tried it a 2nd time, still didn't come clean, finally took baking soda and water paste and had to scrub it for about 20 minutes to get the oven clean. I think the steam clean is a good option but all ovens should have the self clean option also, I feel like I'm going back to my first oven that I had to clean myself. The racks the new oven came with are made very thin and the spokes are way further apart than my last oven, thankfully I still have them and they work in the new oven, when making mini muffins you have to get the pan just right or the pan will not sit evenly.. I don't care for how the drawer opens, my last one had a lip on it where you could pull open easily, this one I need to put my fingers behind the drawer and pull open, more inconvenient than my old one. Today, I broiled for the first time, no where in any instructions that came with the stove it told me I had to have the door shut or the broil does not work, I had to google it to find this out. It bakes, it cooks, it broils and I'm told that all ranges in the future will only have steam clean so I guess I'm keeping it, just disappointed in how they are made. We've been married almost 53 years this is my 3rd Whirpool range, the first one lasted us 35 years, the 2nd only 18. I'm hoping this one will last 15 but the track record with newer appliances isn't the best.

I bought this range a few weeks ago and am still getting used to the change from my old Whirlpool stove. I really like not only the normal baking features but the additional features the air fryer adds is a big healthy plus! The range top with the warming burner is an extra help keeping dishes hot when not ready to be served. I hope I win the additional appliance as my refrigerator or microwave need replaced to match my new stove. :)

I hate it!
It will not cut off when I turn it off. The time doesn™™t sound off loud enough for me to hear it even if I™™m in the kitchen. The bottom drawer is fragile and very thin.

I haven't had my range long enough to use all of the features, but I do like what I have used. Only thing I would change is that the buzzer for the timer is so low I can't hear it unless I am standing next to the range. The other thing I would change is that the light in the oven is located on the side so that is all you can see, the other side is not lite up very much at all. Petty stuff I guess, but it is annoying.

This is a decent stove. It does still have the lip around the cooktop which I really like. Most new models do not have the lip so if something boils over or spills it will run down between the stove and cabinets. I like having the air fry mode. It works well. As with all new appliances it is more cheaply made than my previous stove, thinner materials and flimsy. It also seems to take longer to cook the food.

I bought this a week ago and turned the oven on and smoke came rolling out everywhere. I got nervous so turned it off for fear of burning my house down. Called text support went thru all the prompts and wasn't ever able to talk to anyone. Went to the place I bought it and an employee had the same stove and said there was a burn off process it had to go thru. The extreme smoke smelled toxic or wires burning.. Nobody told us that when we bought it. We ended up returning the stove and bought a different brand. I've had other whirlpool appliances before and never had this. We can still smell that.

First unit had to be returned, when we turned the oven on smoke poured out of it like it was on fire. This wasn™™t the normal burn off, the whole house smelled like burnt plastic and it was an excessive amount of smoke. Second unit was better, minimal burn off and it seems to be working better. The glass top is a concern, it gets marked up way too easily and I feel like it will look awful after a year or so. We even bought new pots and pans before using it to be sure we didn™™t damage the glass.

I was not told nor was it inn the paperwork warning me that a lot of smoke could come out of the vent when I first use the oven. It was alarming . Shut off the oven right away
before smoke alarm went off. Have had 3 other new ranges over the years and never had anything less ke this happen. Your service department

Works well so far but noted that the oven does not heat up and cook at the desired temperature. Have to add another 5 or 10 degrees above suggested cooking temperature so that food gets done at the designated time.

We recently bought this electric range and we love it so far. The pizza function is awesome. It cooks pizza perfectly and there is no preheating. I also love the clearly defined burners. No mistaking what burner I am using or the level of heat is being used.
